This interview on CNN has been making the rounds but provides a very good example of the problems with American Media and how we portray complex and diverse issues. Reza Aslan is the interviewee and really does a good job of showing our inherent biases and in my opinion straight up embarrasses the interviewers on their desire to generalize for simplicity sake. It's under 10 minutes and worth a watch.
