Lots of stipulations in that title, I know...but I want to know what local brewery/brew pubs that you've visited, that you really like. (providing links would be awesome)

I just got back from a nice one in Rochester, MN. Very clean, solid food, and the Hop Bollocks Session IPA was fantastic!
