What is the consensus; is Bill Snyder still running things or is he a figurehead? I love Bill Snyder, but I don't understand why people would be alright with a figurehead. I don't care if we are 3-3 or 6-0. We have limitations on staff sizes (however the people at Alabama would disagree) and pay head coaches big money. I don't think having a figurehead as the head coach no matter how well or poor we're doing.
