Donald and Bannon have been breaking another law, 18 USC 207. This law says a former Govt. Employee may not contact current employees for the purpose of convincing them on policy matters. They may not lobby them. In Bannon`s case the job he held carries a 2 year term of not lobbying the administration. As soon as he went back to Breitbart the rule kicked in. Several lawyers are now preparing a case against him. Does Donald have time to be president as his sexual harassment trials will begin soon as well?
