Matt Wells promoted to offensive coordinator/playcaller

This was in the works for a while after Riley took the job in the NFL, and it’s a promotion that could be huge for K-State.

Wells will still be the QB coach, so it’s just a changing of titles at offensive coordinator. Expect Wells to call plays on the field next season
