Just got done listening to Fitz's segment with Danny Clinkscale and Todd Leabo on Sports Radio 810.
If you didn't get a chance to listen, Fitz did an unbelievable job reminiscing and reviewing the football season and the entire HOFHCBS era. Fitz is such a great ambassador for K-State. He comes across so humble, knowledgeable and passionate about the University and our programs every time he does an interview . . . the K-State Way.
It was really heart-warming reliving the Copper Bowl pep rally and game stories, HOFHCBS's initial press conference, his first win, the 16 goals, his consistency and loyalty, and why he ultimately stayed at K-State his entire coaching career.
It should be up on the podcast on 810WHB.com soon, if not already. It's a fun and enlightening listen.
And again, great job, Fitz!
