if Weber loses his job, it will be because he cannot recruit guards. I have watched all of the Big 12 teams and I have yet to see a team where I believe we have a definitive advantage at the guard/pg positions besides UT and OU.
That is this team's number one Achilles heel when it comes to its ceiling and finishing games. KU, ISU, TCU, Tech, OSU, Baylor are all better. Our guards don't have the handles or the quickness to be elite guards. Plus, because their shooting form is poor, they are at best streak shooters. When they are off, they are way off. Plus, Weber in his brilliance recruited Ervin and Thomas. I just don't get it. Guards are every where and should be the easiest position to recruit.
