One of my major problems with this staff is their use of the Collin Klein based hesitation running style. They try to teach it to every QB and RB on the team.
This style works when you have a special talent like Klein at QB or Le’Veon Bell at RB. It does not work when you have a small speedy QB (Delton) and a downhill RB (Barnes)
The sooner they go away from this the better.
