But I cannot get out of my head the coaching blunders in the WVA and OSU games. I do not see that getting better with this staff staying intact. We had 2 score leads in both games in the 4th quarter. Those were take to the bank type wins in past years under HCBS.
This team is very good at running the ball and the OC is insistent on passing the ball when we clearly are not very good at it and when we are running over opponents at will. I do not know if it is a hell-bent philosophy of trying to be more balanced or if he just gets bored with running the ball. But until he can get in sync with what we do well and what is working, games like WVA and OSU will continue to happen.
