There should not be many outside of ESPN/SEC who are a fan of what is transpiring right now. This is a major threat to Fox Sports, and damn near every other team/conference in college football. There is already a massive talent disparity. It is only going to grow. Teams like Clemson and Ohio State have managed to survive, but that is only going to get more difficult for them.
I wish every other program outside the SEC would just beat them to the punch and announce they are out. Dissolve their conferences and form their own league with their own champion. Let those SEC schools play themselves and let ESPN broadcast their 8 games a week. You would have an enormous amount of content football fans would want to see. There would not be the massive disparity between programs as you don't have those SEC schools and their massive revenues and budgets to try and overcome. It would still be an attractive option for recruits.
Don't sit back and let ESPN and the SEC slowly erode most of the programs in college football. Just flip the script and lock them out. If they are so damn great, eff them. And make it for everything. Not just football. See how happy they are when you kill off their non football sports programs because no one wants to go and play the same teams over and over again for 4 years.
