Before the shooting happened, Mr. Brown was walking down the MIDDLE of the street forcing cars to go around him.
THEN, the cop asks him what is wrong with the sidewalk?
THEN Mr Brown says why the F do you care? (don't have the exact wording exchange).
After that it all went downhill....
Now, IF Mr. Brown would have said "Yes Sir" and walked over to the sidewalk OR if Mr. Brown would have already been walking on the sidewalk (like a normal human being), none of this would have happened.
