There's been a clear trend that calling others idiots and morons is how to quickly get the masses behind you.

I wrote this reply in another thread, but wanted to start a new one and post it because I think it has enough weight. Is it REALLY that hard for people to just ignore the threads they KNOW they aren't going to like?

Is it REALLY that hard for people to post without personal attacks?

The top two "liked" threads are ones bashing everyone else on GPC as an idiot or moron... Seems pretty high and mighty to want to jump onto the "hate" wagon.

I'll quietly enjoy the view from the dissenting group who enjoys others opinions and doesn't think calling everyone else an idiot or moron is something we should applaud.

People are venting... let them vent. How is it anyone's job/duty/responsibility to tell everyone else what to think or how to feel?

There are so many people here looking for an outlet, just let them have it. Does it REALLY ruin your life that much to let people be themselves good or bad?
