I'm aware we need upgrades in coaching and QB/WR. None of that is going to happen. So, what can the staff do now to get max value out of the roster? Does the scheme need to shift? Does it need to double down on the run and go heavy 3 back sets and focus on 3 to 4 yard chunks and running time off the clock? If Skylar isn't 100%, what is the answer in conference. I see this team winning 6 or 7 games if Skylar comes back healthy and a lot of dog fights. Can they bring in consultants to work with the WRs currently? I'm trying to see what can be done to push this team above 6 or 7 wins this year. Skylar back or not.
