Going to back up @ksugop80 a little on this and what he's heard. I'm not as ready as he is to call it one way or the other. And I'm playing the mod card since I'm not merging threads and starting a new one.
1) I have gotten the impression that Iowa State and Creighton are out. That leaves Kansas State and UNLV.
2) I have gotten the impression, that all things being equal, Caleb still wants to play for Otzelberger, even if it is at UNLV.
3) All things are not equal. UNLV is a heck of a lot farther away and in Las Vegas.
4) I think his mom wants the Cats.
5) They're still visiting UNLV this weekend. I'd imagine it is to also get the mother on board, if that can be done.
