--every starter from both teams was in double figures scoring
--no bench player from either team in double figures
--total bench scoring, both teams: 26 points in a game in which 178 points were scored
--both teams shot better than 50% from the field
--zebras will point to the fact that we shot more FTs and that ku had more fouls to defend their call
--3FG was the difference in the game....they were 11 of 22, we were 7 of 21.
--we've opened B12 play 12 of 41 behind the arc (29%)...this was my fear going in (because we only have two key players with good fundamental shots--Wade and Sneed), and despite @jah15's suggestion that there has not and thus would not be a difference in the way we shoot it behind the arc in conference play (versus our powder-puff non-con), I believed it would matter once we were more actively defended. Hope we get a lot warmer. The B12 road is going to be tough.
