Somewhat surprising turn of events for Isi Holani, who committed to KU today.
K-State had been a name associated with Holani for quite some time but clearly something happened. I messaged with Isi twice last month, on 11/1 and again on 11/17. The first time we talked recruiting he said he and K-State were working to schedule an official visit but "nothing really set yet". The second time I reached out was to see if anything had been determined since we last spoke, to which the defensive tackle replied, "no sir".
So, either K-State made the decision that he wasn't important/good enough for a visit and began backing off or they just missed an opportunity. I honestly don't enough to say either way.
