Just a theory, maybe the reason we haven’t heard who the 10th coach is going to be is because there is a plan in place, or maybe that was part of the deal for Snyder to come back was that a succession plan has to be put into place this year, and by now Snyder has come to the realization that Sean is not wanted by the fan base, why would you want to put your son in that situation, so in order for Sean and some of the other coaches to stay on in some in capacity following Snyders retirement, a plan is being implemented so that this can happen, maybe a coach is being brought on board to do that ver thing, they would take over for Snyder at the end of next year and get accustomed to the staff now, this way he would feel more comfortable stepping away
