The next domino has fallen; as K-State moves Brian LePak to OL coach to replace Connor Riley.
Lepak has coached tight ends for the last three seasons but played OL in college and has experience coaching OL at the FCS level.
“Not only is Brian one of the top young coaches in our conference, but his background and experience with the offensive line made him the logical choice for this role,” Klieman said. “It was also important to have two coaches work in the trenches with our guys, and elevating Drew to assist Brian provides us stability and allows for a smooth transition.”
Drew Liddle was elevated to Assistant OL Coach, providing another coach for that room. However, this decision does leave TEs coach open.
