Thought I would try the board, as I have no confidence I will hear back from the help desk today.
I logged into KSHDTV this morning on my Mac. All OK. I then logged off and tried to log-in with my laptop, as I want to mirror onto my TV for the game. It will not let me log in with the same ID and Password. I have even reset the pw twice. I can go back to my Mac with the same credentials and there is no problem. Anyone know of a pc setting that perhaps is awry? Or does the device need to be registered somehow? TIA
