(1) Special teams are not good. Multiple long returns on both punt and kickoffs. Consistently return the ball to less than the 25. BIG ADVANTAGE KSU.
(2) Driskoll with a good arm and fairly accurate. For the most part killing Western Kentucky with little WR screen to the flat and flair passes to RB. Getting great YAC by recievers. Not sure how good of a tackling team WKU is.
(3) RB for La Tech very good. Getting considerable yards after catching short passes with multiple missed tackles. Once again, is WKU a good tackling team.
(4) La Tech D really hasn't shown much as WKU pretty much is doing whatever they want. Does not seem to get much pressure from the DL. WKU has opened quite a few holes for the running game. WKU Qb is really good and is shreading the secondary. WKU should have 34 points this half if not for fumble at 1 yard line.
OPINION
KSU will score on this team. Special teams huge advantage KSU. La Tech will move the ball on KSU some but tonight seems to be living off of YAC. If KSU can tackle well look for a comfortable win (30-14). If not, it could be interesting (30-24).
