I know people don't want to get there hopes up and then be disappointed but lets just say BV is coming in next year as HCIW or HC. I would be very hard pressed to think the defense would not improve. Let's assume he keeps Sean and the special team play stays the same. You would have to think that the recruiting has nowhere to go but up. Yes there are the intricacies of running the program but with Sean staying on and BV having played and worked under Snyder, you would have to think not a lot was going to change there. So the biggest question in my mind is what happens on the offensive side of the ball? Does anyone want to speculate on what BV might do in that regard?
