It's come out that Hastert's victim - at least one of them - was a high school male student. So much for being the morally best Republican. If you don't recall, when the GOP was freaking nuts about Clinton's affair, Gingrich stepped down for failing to win the midterm - he was of course having an affair on his wife - which brought in Livingstone who was having multiple affairs so they turned to Hastert for virtually no other reason than of all the Republicans he was the cleanest and least controversial. Guess this tells you all you need to know about the group they were choosing from.
As for the liberal press using every opportunity to blast conservatives, well, ABC had the story 9 years ago but didn't report it because they didn't have enough corroborating evidence. Stupid liberal media.
But hey, chin up, you can always turn to 19 kids and counting for your conservative values.
And yes, I fully recognize that both sides have more skeletons than a cemetery, but only one claims the self-righteous title of most traditionally moral side.
