Media Days saw a strong statement of confidence from the Big 12 and new commissioner Brett Yormark.

STAREDOWN: Despite that confidence, a staredown is still ensuing between the Big 12 and Pac-12. Who will blink first? The Pac-12 going to market first and only having 10 schools that aren't a blueblood could force some of their members to scramble. They'll see some of those television contract figures at any moment.
Yormark doesnt strike me as the blinking type, IMO. Like where we are sitting. I think his visits to league schools is going to be a tour of confidence mending. Strikes me as the top thing he is going to address. Bring the swag back to these schools and envision what could be.
Also love to hear the reports on frosh and other incomers making a lot of noise athletically. Having a class like that to spring board off of with what it looks like we are likely to land in 23 is a pretty exciting proposition.
