just heard from the father of St. Louis LB/DE Lanell Carr that Kansas State has offered. Believe this is offer No. 20 for Carr. He’s started to set official visits, but only has two scheduled thus far so it’s probably not too late for K-State, but they have ground to make up so will want to get him on campus soon.
