Hopefully our next coach can recruit better and is able to make changes to the staff when they aren't cutting it. This season was destined to happen with our attrition and poor recruiting. I'd like a high energy coach in the mold of Swinney or Gundy who can recruit and who players can relate to. Not sure what kind of personality Venables has/is, because I never seen an interview with him.. Its time to pass the torch Bill...this season is terrible. I don't see any coaches on this staff i feel comfortable with as out next HC and rather we go after a young high energy coach. I'm sure there are some hidden gems out there.
