Every league game is huge, and I don't want to go overboard in talking about the Big 12 opener as being a must-win, but I think it's actually pretty huge.
The Cyclones appear pretty beatable, and it would be big to get a road win right off the bat - especially when the next two games are against pretty dang good West Virginia and Texas Tech teams. Get a win and maybe momentum propels you to a 2-1 or a (gasp!) 3-0 start? A loss and suddenly 0-3 seems frighteningly possible.
