Although a very challenging tailgate I was very happy to be welcomed by all fellow K-State fanswhile cheering for my son and MSU. I was wearing a MSU jersey and KSU hat the the night before in Aggieville and then at tailgate which got some curious comments about which team I was supporting but all said welcome. It made me proud to be a Wildcat. Before the game everyone in my section, where I have had season tickets for years and watched my son grow up, were all cheering for him especially when he turned and pointed up at our section right before the kick-off. I enjoyed singing the Alma mater and doing the wabash and was disappointed that the weather didn't allow him to play with the reserves in the second half. He did have good long snaps although the one punt got blocked.
