I have an issue, something I never knew I'd have interest in has taken me by storm. For years I had always told myself I'd like to learn to be a better cook but never really did anything about it. Fast forward to a toddler and newborn later, I have gotten completely tired of just eating what feels like garbage all the time and more importantly, feeling like I wasnt feeding my family good enough food. We weren't mcdonalds type eaters but we ate out too much and had too much frozen store type stuff.

So recently I finally got into cooking and have been going crazy with it for the last month and have REALLY enjoyed it. My big thing is I was wanting to really eliminate much of the processed foods from our meals. Found a great recipe book that has been easy to follow and good.

tl;dr version, any solid non processed recipe websites anyone uses? And I never realized cooking was this enjoyable.

It's currently 12:45am and am prepping for a steak chili I am making tomorrow from some grass fed stew beef.

Also, cant say enough how much grocery online ordering from hy-vee (@Matt Hall ) has helped as I truly had little skills in cooking until recently. Half the ingredients recipes called for I never knew how to find in the store which always discouraged me. Now Ive found the light.

Btw, avocado toast and /or plain whole yogurt with cooked almonds and berries is fantastic and so easy to make for breakfast
