OT: Best Kansas-made beef jerky

Folks, what are your favorites? Not talking about that mass produced stuff that tastes like dog food but jerky made by local meat artists right here in Wildcatland.

For a long time, Luther's black pepper was my favorite. Right now, I would say that the Alta Vista locker is the one I like best.
