OT Carver Willis enters transfer portal

This one seemed like it was coming behind the scenes, but now it's official. Willis started 18 games for Kansas State, and appeared in 35. He was a 2023 Big 12 All-Conference Honorable Mention.

Will break this one down later today, but I think this helps open the door for younger OTs to get some playing time.

A loss but not one they can't recover from.
