OT: Condos by Bluemont Hotel

Just curious if anyone knows about the high rise condos next to the Bluemont Hotel. (Hi-rise, ha ha = 6 stories) Think it is 620 N. Manhattan Ave. They were built in the mid-2000's. Are they nice, run-down? Quality? Mostly professionals or is it off-campus student housing? Appreciate any insight. TIA
