Trying to develop a criteria for blue blood status. Not perfect but a start below. Thinking maybe need to up min natty req to 3 and include something related to budget/$. Interested to see what others think.

Blue Blood Req's
1. Must have won at least two national championships post-1970
2. Must have won one natty within the last 15 years (you can lose blue blood status)
3. Must be in a power conference for your sport
