Okay, I know I will get shamed by the masses, but I have a budget I have to stick to and a Yoder is not in the stratosphere of where I need to be. Maybe a Green Mountain could be fit in, but I was looking into the Char-Griller Gravity series charcoal grill. Essentially using charcoal instead of pellets for fuel, but overall the same concept. It is my father's day gift so wanting to make the most of it. Any thoughts or experience with these?
