I know there have been a lot of threads on this in years past, but it seems like the alternatives are always changing, so I thought I would see what kind of package combo's everyone is using now. We are paying damn near $200 for direct tv. We used to be able to get it reduced to $90 or so with a quick call to customer service every year it jumped up past the entry level price. That all changed when AT&T bought them. I haven't tried in a couple years now. I think AT&T spun DTV off last year, but retained majority ownership?

Anyway, the main reason we have kept DTV over the years was for the FOX Regional Sports Pkg which allowed me to watch 70+% of KSU games. That content has mostly been chewed up by ESPN+. Used to have Mediacom, but don't think I would ever go back. Still use them for broadband though.

What should the strategy be for pairing different services for good coverage. Movie content would be nice too. Would like to run everything through ROKU.

Obvious wants:

KSU Sports
History/Science/Nature/Hunting/Fishing
DIY
Cooking/Food Shows
Military Stuff
Good TV Series
Movies
