Just thought I would post separate points so my post wasn't so long.
Incompetent Staff- I have read where these guys have to go because their lazy? Those guys work some of the longest schedules in the coaching industry. Coach Bielma talked on national T.V. how his special teams meeting with Snyder was at 10:45 P.M. every Wednesday evening during the season. I don't know how anyone can make the perception their lazy? If they are released from KSU they will all get jobs at other colleges. They have been in a system that historically wins, work hard and coach fundamentals to the point players rarely make mistakes. These guys are recruiting by phone and reaching out to players that have been evaluated for talent and Work Ethic. Recruiting players that are talented and are willing to work harder than they ever have and our willing to put 16 goals above their own agenda's is not easy. Snyder wants a smart-team oriented player that will sacrifice day after day. If you think those players are common go to your local high school and watch practice. The assistants have to find those guys. The coordinators have taken a beating and coach is right in his statement they haven't forgot how to coach. A poster yesterday indicated that the injury situation is of epic proportions and they are playing a bunch of young kids that probably got few practice reps with the starters in preseason. When you loose impact players production is going to suffer at any level of football. The Cats are in dire straights with injuries. The injuries are drastically effecting play selection charts. Snyder- Dimel& Miller have always been about balance. I'm guessing that we have injuries we aren't aware with some lineman that are restricting the run plays. That group of coaches have never started a game with 13 pass plays, instead we would find a way to run the ball and CONTROL THE CLOCK!
