His name comes up on the hot coaches list. He is doing a nice job at Western Michigan but I wonder how long his antics works with his players. They showed him in the locker room before the game giving his pre game talk. He does some making diamonds out of coal speech and it looked like the players were trying not to laugh. Can't argue with his success but I wonder how long this type of motivation last with players.
