In the "Snyder contract" thread I got to thinking about how it's important to know what people's expectations are for the program before one can get too far into the thought if changes really do need to be made. So, I wanted to create this poll to get a bar for what expectations are on an annual basis.

I sure understand that seasons will vary. You'll want some seasons that are better than the norm, and accept some that fall short for various reasons. But, knowing what you generally expect a winning percentage to be is helpful in establishing a baseline.

For a point of reference, in getting an average for the last five years Snyder has fallen between the 7-5/8-4 range as far as results.

The four years before he was more in the 8-4/9-3 average range.

For whatever it's worth, Prince fell in the 5-7 average for his three years.
