Seen a couple people post that Delton is the fastest QB we've ever had. Is that even true?
I recall Jesse breaking the QB shuttle drill record and also I believe he had a pretty stellar 100 yard dash time. I don't know if we can count Daniel Sams since he wasn't ever really the starter. Ell was pretty fast, Bishop was just strong IIRC. Delton is definitely quick, but I'm not sure he's the fastest we've ever had.
