and blocked me on twitter. I have been a customer of his for over 25 years and never once criticized him directly. I did go after Wallace a few times but he deserved it. They are such children. I canceled my membership and I am here to stay.
So far in my opinion KSO is killing this site. I realize it is new and they are pulling out all of the stops but that really doesn't matter. Their writers have a complete different attitude than GPC. They ask for opinions and help from posters and haven't shown any negative attitude towards their customers. It has been the complete opposite from this staff over the years. If you dare to question them or criticize them then lookout. I already did that over here and Fitz became defensive immediately. I said his staff got lazy(which complacent would have been a better word) and he took offense to it,and told me he had no idea what I was talking about. Then he posts about how nice it is that he doesn't have to monitor the drunks on the board(for right now). That is really rich. His podcast is sponsored by a huge liquor store (which is mentioned a 100 times per cast) and he says he is drunk on vodka all the time. (He may be kidding ,I don't know). His own employee was arrested for drunk and disorderly in aggieville and another one had to apologize to the site for going on a twitter war with Fitz's customers. Could be wrong but I think he was drunk when he did it. It is no secret that I have disagreed with Wallace numerous times. So I guess I am one of the one that Fitz says that comes to bicker and argue. But until Wallace recants his statement that Snyder doesn't "care" about recruiting then I will never respect him. I will say that he has got a lot better about the negativity towards our staff and recruiting but what choice does he have? The years and classes that he said we were sucking at recruiting at are on the field now. I think we did ok don't you? I am not sure there is enough room for both sites to stay alive but I hope they do. I will personally keep both, but I disagree with Fitz when he says that 85-90 percent of the people subscribe for content. I think the majority subscribe for inside info (I know I do and all of my friends also). Fitz, I have been with you since this started. You know that. I want you to succeed. I just think that until you and some of your staff find some humility and actually ask what people want then most of your active posters will stay put. KSO is killing you guys on inside info. Some of that comes from the message board,whether it be true or not. People just want nuggets. Content will not get it done. Hammer away if you want.
