Sitting around playing with my dilly dilly this morning thinking about Skylar Thompson. Hmm, maybe not my best wording.....
Think what most excites me is his natural ability to anticipate. The ball to Schoen on the 2 point attempt was thrown while Schoen was still making his break on the route and technically did not look open. I'm sure they have run this play 1 million times in practice, so maybe there was not much decision making, he throws it there no matter what and it turns out different if they defend it better. Either way, the led the guy with the football and anticipated the WR getting to the spot.
That my KSO friends gives me something to be happy about, if only until the next Saturday
