I'm trying to gather a list of coaches that went from being in a situation where they had to win in a given year or get fired.....that then went on to have a long and successful career at that same school.
I can think of several who have survived to hang on for a few more seasons......but I cannot think of an example of a basketball coach that was in an improve now or else situation that went on to have really good success at that school.
Can anyone else?
