About 70% of our snaps on defense were played by guys that were added in the 2019 & 2020 classes.
On both offense and defense, we had 4 Seniors play who signed with Tech out of high school (although one, maybe the most important one, was thrown out of the game pretty early).
I just saw this quote from Matt Campbell about Iowa State:
"You're talking 16 seniors," Campbell said, "and the bulk of that senior class came to Iowa State when Iowa State was the laughing stock of college football."
That seems like a lot of seniors.
I'm curious, any rough estimates of what that number looked like for you guys on Saturday? Number of seniors that signed with KSU out of high school and contributed to Saturday's winning effort.
