Anyone that remembers the Frank era, knows Garth had a pretty close personal relationship with Brad, Frank, and even Huggs.
Would he be this vocal on twitter, if he really thought there was no chance of bringing Underwood to Manhattan? Or is this just wishful thinking on my part?
As a side note, Garth was once a major donor to this program but that shut off completely when Bruce was hired. I would assume his checkbook is ready to open again for the right coach.
