Recruiting rankings vs. B12 results and success

The recruiting rankings average over the last 5 years was pretty accurate in predicting which teams would have the most B12 wins, overall wins, 10+ win seasons, top 25 finishes, and top 15 finishes. Didn't want to spend the time to do the research but I would assume the other P5 conference show results similar to the Big 12 as well.

I used the last 3 years because 2017 was first year TCU/WVU had B12 recruited upperclassmen heavy teams.

5 year recruiting class rank average in B12 per Rivals / # of 10+ win seasons last 3 yrs/ seasons finished ranked in top 25 last 3 yrs / seasons finished in top 15 last 3 yrs :
1) TEX --- 1.4
2) OU --- 1.6 --- 3 10+ win seasons --- 3 Top 25 finishes --- 3 Top 15 finishes
3) WVU --- 4.6 --- 1 10+ win season --- 1 Top 25 finish
T-4) OSU --- 4.8 --- 2 10+ win seasons --- 3 Top 25 finishes --- 2 Top 15 finishes
T-4) TCU --- 4.8 -- 2 10+ win seasons --- 2 Top 25 finishes --- 2 Top 15 finishes
6) TECH --- 5.4

Ranked by avg B12 Finish last 3 years / total Big 12 wins / Overall wins:

5) WVU --- 16 wins / 25 wins
