I posted some evidence that Franscilla was stating facts that weren't true about retention of coaches at K-State.

This got me thinking are we really returning to era that is the same as what we saw on Woolridge as several posters seem to claim?

So I looked up the records of K-State coaches and here they are below for your review staring with Tex Winter. Note I have ordered these from highest to lowest in Conference Win %:

Coach - Total win% - Conference win %
Tex Winter -------------- 0.689 - 0.73
Cotton Fitzsimmons - 0.630 - 0.679
Bob Huggins ----------- 0.657 - 0.625
Frank Martin ------------ 0.684 - 0.61
Lon Kruger --------------0.638 - 0.607
Jack Hartman ----------0.636 - 0.594
Bruce Weber ----------- 0.602 - 0.522
Dana Altman ----------- 0.557 - 0.339
Jim Wooldridge ------- 0.480 - 0.333
Tom Asbury ------------ 0.491 - 0.315

So when looking at this, Weber's record thus far is MUCH closer to Hartman, Kruger and Martin than Wooldridge.

Now we can argue who won what with whose players, but let's not just do it with Weber this time. Let's consider that Huggins recruited not only Michael Beasley and Bill Walker, but he also recruited Pullen.

So does Martin get credit for the performance of games in which Pullen played or not?

Please feel free to enlighten me if you see something different in this data or if you feel the data is unfair.
