Who doesn't remember where you were in 1978 when you got the news Larry had been shot in Georgia? I was on a school bus in 3rd grade when the news was reported over the radio. I was later able to see the issue of Hustler that got him shot (due to a pictorial called Butch & Peaches)...in the tree house of boyhood friends, who had a dad with polio who couldn't' climb into the tree to find their stash. Got to meet Larry in Las Vegas in 2008. Hard to lose your heroes.
