Say what you will about Dimel, and I've been critical of him, but IMO he's produced better results with lesser talent than what Tom Hayes has. Our defense was supposed to be a strength and they're every bit as bad, if not worse, than our offense. Absolutely no reason for Hayes to be on this staff next year.
