I wanna preface this with I want Skylar to be 100% healthy and I feel bad that he has had to fight injuries basically the whole time he’s been here. But, that being said, I do think that not being able to run yesterday, actually forced him to be a better QB. He was forced to find an open receiver. Yes, he had a couple errant throws, but overall I was proud of the way he played. He was like a boxer with 1 hand tied behind his back, and he still played well enough to win that game if our defense could have just given us 1 stop.

I don’t post often, but I just had to say I am proud of Skylar’s courage to get out on that field at 90% and give it his all. Even though I’m sure there were times he wanted to run the ball, he instead courageously stood in the pocket, trusted his guys to protect him, and made some great plays with his arm. Just my opinion. That is all.
