I have a tendency to miss pinned posts. Here are some highlights from Snyder's postgame quotes per Derek Young's post (pinned above). Derek, thanks for posting the quotes !

Snyder on why Shelley and Pringle didn't play: Because I didn't put them on the field. Hopefully back next week. That definitely sounds like a quote from the Legend...ha We don't know if they were injured or in the dog house, I will assume they were nicked up.. ??

Risner is fine and hopes he bounces back quick.
Optimism or truly a minor injury? Does "bounce back quick" mean days or weeks ?

Elijah Walker really stood out. Just love the way he plays. Love the way he hits. Love the way he has come along.’ Goolsby, is doing a solid job, but the Legend can't ignore Walker's play making ability. Walker looks like a freak. Kendall Adams and Walker could become the best safety duo in College Football (and that's not purple koolaid talking).

Always impressed with AJ Parker. Moved him up through the ranks defensively. Had always been good on special teams. Practices well. Great instincts. Couple breakups that normally you don't see guys do. Knocks it out of receiver's hands. Has special knack. Perceptive. Athletic.
No doubt that Parker played well. Could be a battle brewing between Shelley & Parker for the starting job?

Dalvin Warmack was good again today. McCoy had a nice run. Our depth there is apparent.
I agree on all points, but a nice run? How about an slobber knocking mack truck run.

"Today is too late to get started on Vanderbilt" is message he sent to the team.
I'm betting that K-State is goint to be extremely well prepared for Vandy ... with a bye week to follow.
