A woman in a crowded parking lot at a Home Depot saw a man running from Home Depot after shop lifting some items. He jumped in a car so she pulled out her gun, which she has a legal conceal and carry permit for, and started shooting in the crowded parking lot at the man who had stolen property. Thankfully she didn't hit anyone, innocent or otherwise.
Anyone thinking this is going to be an isolated incident is crazy. This is going to happen more and more and oftentimes won't end with a bunch of bullets hitting air. I actually wouldn't have been surprised if another C&C permit carrier pulled out his gun and shot at her thinking she was the originally problem.
